Breeding
Ageing for 6 to 18 months, principally in glass demijohns and six-wine barrels. The choice of glass preserves aromatic freshness and mineral tension without any oak influence.
On the eye
Pale yellow with bright green reflections
On the nose
Expressive bouquet of white flowers, citrus zest and subtle notes of honey and fennel. The aromatics develop with air, revealing further complexity and minerality.
In the mouth
Crisp and well-balanced, with flavours of pear, white peach and delicate floral notes underpinned by mineral precision. The finish is long, clean and refreshing, inviting another glass.

DOMAINE SAINT-PREFERT
Domaine Saint Préfert is a wine estate in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation (Southern Rhône). Run by Isabel Ferrando. Around 15 hectares on rolled-pebble and red clay soils. Grapes: Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah, Clairette, Roussanne. Single-vineyard cuvées: Charles Giraud (single-plot old-vine Grenache), Collection Charles Giraud. Vinification in amphorae and demi-muids.
