In the mouth
The palate is frank and well-structured, with good flesh and balance. Tannins are present but refined, supporting the fruit without dominating. A wine of composure and clarity.
A versatile table wine suited to red meats and poultry, particularly game birds. The structure and acidity also make it an excellent companion to mature cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C to allow the wine's character to develop fully.
