Product features : Henri Bourgeois "Js-150" 2023 Pouilly-Fume — Pouilly-Fumé

Breeding
This wine ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats (85%) and Tronçais oak barrels (15%). Aged on fine fermentation lees for 7 to 8 months.
On the eye
Brilliant and clear, with pale golden hues
On the nose
The bouquet reveals stone fruit and citrus notes, with subtle herbaceous undertones typical of the appellation. A fresh, inviting aromatic profile that speaks to the wine's terroir.
In the mouth
The palate echoes the nose with good definition and a mineral backbone. A restrained oak influence emerges in the finish, adding structure without overwhelming the wine's natural elegance and acidity.
M. Francois
This Pouilly-Fumé pairs naturally with seafood, particularly shellfish and white fish preparations. The wine's mineral character and acidity also complement lighter poultry dishes and fresh vegetable-based cuisine. The principal consideration is selecting dishes that allow the wine's own character to emerge rather than compete.
