Breeding
Aged on fine lees for 6 to 9 months in stainless steel vats
On the eye
Golden yellow robe with honeyed reflections
On the nose
A mature and generous bouquet offering aromas of beeswax and acacia honey, with subtle mineral undertones characteristic of the terroir.
In the mouth
Generous and beautifully balanced on the palate, with a silky texture and lingering finish. The wine displays good acidity and a harmonious structure.
Pairs excellently with sole fillets, dressed crab, or Burgundian snails. Also complements guinea fowl with cream sauce. Serve at 10–12°C to appreciate its aromatic complexity and textural elegance.
