Breeding
Gentle pressing, then shared élevage: 50% in stainless steel on lees, 50% in oak barrels for 12 months

Golden hue with green reflections; bright and inviting, suggesting freshness.

Delicately floral bouquet with prominent notes of white peach, citrus fruits and white flowers. The aromatic profile is refined and approachable.
In the mouth
Subtle equilibrium between lively acidity and delicate texture. White stone fruits, melon and discreet minerality define the palate. The finish is clean and persistent.

Vignerons Ardéchois is a union of cooperative wineries in the Ardèche (Southern Rhône). Bringing together over 800 growers and 6,000 hectares. Grapes: Syrah, Grenache, Merlot, Chardonnay, Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc. Appellations: IGP Ardèche, Côtes du Vivarais. Diverse production of good-value red, rosé and white wines.
