Breeding
Aged on fine lees in stainless steel vats and oak barrels for 8 to 10 months, imparting excellent complexity and a silky texture.

Maison Louis Jadot is a Burgundy wine estate and merchant founded in 1859 in Beaune. Estate vineyards of approximately 150 hectares from Chablis to Beaujolais. Grapes: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Extensive premier and grand cru holdings including Clos de Vougeot, Corton-Charlemagne, Chambertin, Musigny. Estimated annual production: over 10 million bottles. Run by the Gagey family.
