Breeding
Fermented in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature to preserve the delicate fruit character. Bottled six months after harvest.
On the eye
Intense ruby hue with violet reflections.
On the nose
Seductive aromas of fresh red fruits, raspberry and dark berries. The bouquet is clean and inviting, with no aggressive edges.
In the mouth
The palate is savoury and fruit-driven with good volume and substance. Fine, supple tannins provide structure without heaviness. The finish is persistent and balanced.
This wine pairs excellently with grilled meats, game birds, characterful cheeses and quality charcuterie. Its moderate weight and soft tannins make it approachable in youth, yet the wine possesses sufficient structure to reward brief cellaring. Serve at 16–17°C.

Vignobles Alain Jaume is a family wine estate in Orange (Vaucluse), Southern Rhône Valley. Founded in 1826. Around 85 hectares. Grapes: Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Viognier. Appellations: Châteauneuf-du-Pape (Domaine Grand Veneur), Lirac, Côtes du Rhône, Vacqueyras. Organically farmed since 2010.
