Ageing in oak barrels for 10 months

Appellations: Saint-Aubin, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet, Santenay, Bourgogne. Around 19 hectares of vines. Traditional Burgundian vinification with oak-barrel ageing. White wines of great finesse.
