In the mouth
Substantial and well-structured on the palate, with notable elegance and a persistent finish. The wine displays good amplitude and length, reflecting the quality of its terroir.
On the nose

Breeding
Ageing for 8 months, of which 70% in wood (barrels and demi-muids).
A wine of considerable merit with food. Particularly suited to langoustines, white fish prepared with beurre blanc, and aged goat's cheese. The wine's structure and aromatic profile make it an excellent companion to refined seafood preparations and delicate cheese courses.
