Product features : Château Villa Bel-Air 2023 — Graves

Breeding
Aged in barrels, of which 20% new oak.
On the eye
Golden-yellow in colour, limpid and bright with subtle green reflections.
On the nose
The bouquet opens with floral notes—magnolia prominent—followed by citrus character: lemon and grapefruit. The aromatic profile is clean and inviting, with good definition.
In the mouth
The palate is soft and rounded on entry, developing a gourmand finish with brioche and subtle oak influence. Notes of butter and vanilla emerge, providing warmth and textural interest without heaviness.
M. Francois
This wine pairs well with foie gras terrine, gratinéed oysters with cream, scallops with leek beurre blanc, and hard sheep's milk cheeses. Its acidity and weight suit seafood preparations and lighter poultry dishes equally well.
