Product features : Domaine de la Mordoree Lirac la Dame Rousse 2022 — Organic

Breeding
Brief élevage of approximately 10 months exclusively in stainless steel or concrete vats. No barrel ageing for this cuvée to preserve the purity of the fruit.
On the eye
Deep ruby-red in colour, with an inviting clarity.
On the nose
A seductive bouquet of ripe plum and strawberry, with delicate floral notes of violet. The aromatics suggest both ripeness and restraint.
In the mouth
Fine-grained tannins provide structure without heaviness. The palate is fresh and well-defined, with a lingering finish that speaks to the wine's balance and purity.
M. Francois
This Lirac will serve admirably alongside Provençal braises and slow-cooked meat dishes. Its freshness and moderate weight also make it suitable for lighter fare—spiced dishes, Mediterranean vegetables, or simply good conversation over dinner.
