  • Certified biodynamic under Demeter standards and organic agriculture. Domaine de la Mordoree maintains rigorous environmental stewardship across its vineyard holdings in the southern Rhône.
  • A serious expression of Châteauneuf-du-Pape terroir. The 2022 vintage demonstrates the structure and complexity expected from this historic appellation, established as a papal summer residence in the fourteenth century.

Châteauneuf-du-Pape's versatility at table is well established. This wine pairs naturally with grilled meats, lamb and duck, as well as braised dishes and rich seafood preparations. For vegetable-forward dishes, consider roasted seasonal vegetables, Moroccan-spiced chicken tagine with olives, or smoked cauliflower steaks.
