Product features : Famille Perrin Rasteau l'Andéol 2022

In the mouth
A powerful yet balanced palate. Ripe red fruits and black olive notes are supported by finely textured, chalky tannins that provide structure without heaviness. The finish is clean and persistent, with genuine typicity of Rasteau terroir.
On the nose
Aromas of cacao and fresh strawberry, with subtle white pepper and garrigue notes that speak to the appellation's character
On the eye
Deep garnet with ruby highlights
Breeding
Ageing takes place 90% in stainless steel vats, 10% in large wooden casks
M. Francois
A wine of substance for the table. Pair with game terrine, venison, or beef of character. The tannin structure and acidity will also complement Mediterranean cuisine—roasted lamb with herbs, or aged cheese. Drink from 2024 through 2030.
