A structured, elegant Provence rosé of genuine complexity

  • Far more than an apéritif wine, this is a rosé of considerable structure and elegance. Its complexity makes it equally at home accompanying a refined dinner or complementing Mediterranean and Asian cuisine.
  • Born from a distinctive collaboration between the Perrin family—pioneers of biodynamic viticulture in southern France—and a genuine wine enthusiast, this wine represents the convergence of serious viticulture and contemporary vision.
  • Versatile at table: grilled fish, shellfish, Mediterranean dishes, and Asian cuisine all find natural partners in this wine. Equally distinguished as an apéritif.

Breeding
Predominantly in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, with a small portion (approximately 5%) vinified in oak barrels with lees stirring to add richness and complexity.
On the eye
Pale, luminous robe with peachy and pearlescent highlights. Visual elegance characteristic of the finest Provence rosés.
On the nose
Intense yet subtle bouquet: fresh red fruits (raspberry, white peach), citrus notes, and refined floral character (orange blossom). A whisper of minerality completes the profile.
In the mouth
Vibrant attack, ample and elegant palate with commendable structure. Fine tension, silky texture, and a persistent finish marked by saline and zesty notes. Precise, complex, and thoroughly engaging.
M. Francois
Crafted at the heart of Miraval, this rosé embodies a singular partnership: the Perrin family, custodians of biodynamic excellence in Provence, and a serious wine enthusiast whose passion for viticulture and the arts has shaped this distinctive expression. The result is a wine of genuine substance.
