- This Minervois Blanc is an elegant assemblage of Mediterranean varieties. Roussanne contributes roundness and floral character; Grenache Blanc brings freshness and fruit; Vermentino adds vibrancy and mineral definition.
- Cultivated at elevated altitudes, the vineyard benefits from a cooler climate that enhances natural freshness whilst allowing the varieties to express their aromatic potential fully.
- Certified organic since 2020. Domaine Cailhol Gautran maintains sustainable viticulture across its holdings in the Minervois appellation.

Breeding
18 to 24 months exclusively in French oak barrels, with a proportion of new wood selected for the fineness of its grain

Pale yellow with golden highlights. Bright and translucent appearance.

Floral and fruited bouquet with white flowers, pear and citrus notes, underpinned by subtle minerality and a whisper of stone fruit.

Fresh yet generous on the palate. White peach and pear mingle with white flowers and honey, complemented by discreet mineral notes and a touch of citrus. The finish is persistent, with crisp acidity that provides balance and length.
