In the mouth
Soft, elegant palate balancing white fruits with delicate floral notes. Citrus, pear and white peach develop through the mid-palate, leading to a persistent finish with subtle toasted undertones.

Expressive aromatics of apricot and citrus, with white peach and a whisper of honeyed florality. The bouquet opens gradually in the glass.

Breeding
Ageing in vat and 400-litre barrels for 6 to 8 months
Serve with sushi, grilled fish or veal medallions. The wine's mineral backbone and fruit-forward character make it equally suited to lighter seafood dishes and poultry preparations. Best enjoyed at 10–12°C within two years of vintage.
