In the mouth
Refined and characterful on the palate, with good structure and surprising complexity. The wine shows balance and finesse, developing pleasantly through the mid-palate with a clean, persistent finish.
On the nose
An expressive bouquet revealing citrus notes alongside exotic fruits, with secondary impressions of stone fruits—grape and pear—that add complexity and depth to the aromatic profile.
On the eye
Pale yellow robe with greenish glints, suggesting freshness and careful winemaking.
Breeding
On fine lees for 4 months
M. Francois
This wine invites exploration with sun-drenched Mediterranean cuisine. Consider it alongside seafood preparations, grilled vegetables, or lighter poultry dishes where its citrus character and mineral undertones will complement rather than dominate. A thoughtful choice for those seeking something beyond the obvious.

Nicolas françois, propriétaire passionné des halles de quercamps

DOMAINE DES DIABLES

Situated in Puyloubier at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire, Domaine des Diables covers 30 hectares of stony, calcareous soils under the Côtes de Provence appellation. In 2007, Virginie Fabre and Guillaume Philip rescued the long-abandoned Domaine de la Gavotte, renamed it, and set about rebuilding it from the ground up with clear ambition. The estate has been awarded a Prix d'Excellence at the Concours Général Agricole every year since 2011 — a mark of rare, consistent quality. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this estate for the precision of its red, white, and rosé blends and for the rigour with which this project has been driven since its refoundation. A Provençal address well worth following.
