In the mouth
The wine enters with admirable finesse and clarity. The palate is dry and mineral-driven, with subtle fruit expression and a clean, refreshing acidity that carries through to a composed finish.
On the nose
The bouquet is immediately engaging, offering an expressive array of white flowers—honeysuckle and acacia—alongside notes of yellow stone fruits. The aromatics are fresh and inviting without excessive intensity.
On the eye
Pale salmon-pink in colour, with the delicate hue of rose petals.
Breeding
On fine lees for 4 months.
M. Francois
This is a rosé of genuine elegance, well-suited to the warm months ahead. Its lightness and aromatic purity make it an excellent aperitif wine, whilst its structure and balance allow it to accompany a range of lighter dishes—salads, seafood, and Mediterranean fare. A thoughtfully made wine that respects the traditions of Provence.
