Richly aromatic with quince paste, hawthorn blossom, and verbena. The nose reveals the wine's complexity and the influence of clay soils.

Full-bodied and textured, with the characteristic grip and density that clay-based terroir imparts. A wine of substance and presence, yet maintaining elegant restraint.
Clos du Moulin represents the perfect synthesis between tension and minerality. Eighty-year-old vines lend wisdom and depth. This is complete, vibrant Chenin of rare elegance—a keeper still undervalued. Pairs beautifully with anchovy preparations, sea bream tartare, Thai prawn salads, or poultry stir-fries.

Domaine des Roches Neuves is a wine estate in the Saumur-Champigny appellation (Loire Valley), run by Thierry Germain. Around 28 hectares farmed biodynamically. Main grapes: Cabernet Franc (reds) and Chenin Blanc (whites). Limestone tuffeau soils. Cuvées: Terres Chaudes, Marginale, Franc de Pied. Wines of great precision and fine depth.
