In the mouth

White flowers dominate the bouquet—honeysuckle and acacia—with understated toasted notes that suggest careful élevage. The aromatics remain restrained and elegant.

Pale gold with subtle green reflections, suggesting youth and freshness.
Breeding
Aged 12 months in oak barrels.
A wine of considerable merit with scallops or other delicate shellfish, particularly in creamy preparations. Equally at home with white fish in butter sauce or sole meunière. The density and acidity provide sufficient backbone to carry lighter sauces without overwhelming the dish.
