In the mouth
Fresh and balanced on the palate, with lively acidity that animates the wine. Stone fruit and citrus flavours—peach, pear, lemon, grapefruit—meld with gentle oak-derived roundness. Mineral finish of considerable finesse and pleasing length.
On the nose
Expressive bouquet of white stone fruits—peach and pear—with citrus notes and a whisper of acacia flower. Elegant mineral character typical of Burgundy terroir, complemented by subtle hazelnut and vanilla nuances from careful oak ageing.
On the eye
Pale golden robe with a luminous sheen. Bright and inviting, the colour speaks of youth and vitality.
Breeding
Ageing in oak barrels (predominantly used) to impart subtle complexity without dominating the wine's character. Ageing on fine lees also provides a rounder texture and more pronounced minerality.
