In the mouth
Elegant and well-balanced on the palate. The attack is crisp and fresh, followed by creamy texture and mid-palate roundness. White fruit aromas are complemented by buttered notes, gentle spice, and light toasted character from oak ageing. Mineral character defines the finish, providing length and perfect equilibrium.
On the nose
Complex and intense, revealing ripe white stone fruits—pear and peach—alongside citrus notes of lemon and orange. Delicate floral hints of acacia and honeysuckle emerge, with characteristic mineral undertones. Oak is well-integrated, contributing subtle vanilla and hazelnut nuances.
On the eye
Pale golden yellow with subtle amber glints. The appearance is bright and limpid, reflecting the wine's youth and finesse.
Breeding
Ageing in oak barrels, including a proportion of new oak, for approximately 12 months. This imparts complexity to the wine whilst preserving its mineral and fruity character.
