M. Francois
Serve this Irancy with endives wrapped in ham, a selection of cured meats, roasted chicken with pomegranate, or grilled pork ribs. The wine's acidity and fruit character complement both delicate and robust preparations. It remains approachable at cellar temperature or lightly chilled, suiting informal dining and outdoor entertaining throughout the warmer months.
