  • This wine exemplifies the classical harmony of the four grape varieties traditional to Côtes de Gascogne. The balance between structure and elegance is the hallmark of Domaine Tariquet's approach to the appellation.
  • The oak treatment is restrained and purposeful, adding subtle depth without overwhelming the wine's natural character. It serves the fruit rather than dominating it.
  • Beneath the initial freshness lies genuine complexity. The wine reveals layers of flavour that develop with aeration, rewarding careful attention and inviting contemplation.

In the mouth
The palate echoes the bouquet with admirable coherence. Yellow fruit flavours persist, supported by the subtle oak and a fine mineral structure. The wine finishes with elegant restraint and a lingering freshness.
On the nose
Yellow stone fruits—peach and apricot—mingle with exotic notes and a whisper of vanilla. The oak is present but measured, adding a gentle woody undertone without assertion.
On the eye
Golden hue with pale green glints, suggesting freshness and vitality
Breeding
Each varietal is aged separately in French oak barrels then blended in stainless steel tank
M. Francois
This is a wine of genuine versatility. It pairs beautifully with the lighter cuisines of the Mediterranean and beyond—grilled fish, herb-dressed vegetables, and poultry prepared with care. It is equally at home as an aperitif wine, offering enough substance to engage without demanding food. A thoughtful choice for those who value balance and authenticity over fashionable intensity.
