Three generations of family winemaking since 1912

  • Amplitude represents one of Domaine Tariquet's most refined expressions. This cuvée balances complexity with approachability, delivering the hallmark elegance of the Grassa family's viticultural heritage.
  • The wine's crisp, lively character complements seafood beautifully. Its bright acidity and stone fruit notes provide the perfect counterpoint to oysters, scallops, and delicate white fish preparations.
  • Amplitude's vivacity makes it an excellent companion to Asian cuisine and dishes with subtle spice or sweet-savoury elements. Try it with Thai curries, Vietnamese spring rolls, or aromatic broths.

Product features : Domaine Tariquet Amplitude 2023 — Côtes de Gascogne

In the mouth
Fresh and well-balanced on the palate, with pleasing roundness. Ripe fruit flavours are framed by crisp acidity, leading to a persistent, elegant finish that lingers without heaviness.
On the nose
An open, aromatic bouquet revealing citrus notes—grapefruit and lemon—alongside stone fruits such as peach and apricot. Delicate floral hints and a whisper of mineral character complete the profile.
On the eye
Pale golden yellow with bright, luminous reflections
M. Francois
Amplitude's combination of freshness and fruit-forward character makes it remarkably versatile. It excels with lighter dishes—particularly fish and shellfish—and proves equally at home with Asian cuisines where its acidity cuts through spice and richness with grace and refinement.
