The palate is full-bodied yet animated by considerable freshness that enlivens the whole structure. Sweetness is balanced by acidity, creating a wine of genuine complexity and food-friendly character.
On the nose
Exotic and generous on the nose, with notes of stone fruit and honeyed aromatics that suggest both ripeness and freshness. The bouquet is inviting without being heavy.
On the eye
Golden hues with bright, luminous reflections
M. Francois
An accomplished moelleux that performs admirably across the table. Serve as an aperitif, or pair with foie gras and white meats. Its sweetness and acidity make it particularly successful with blue-veined cheeses and desserts—a wine of genuine versatility that rewards careful consideration.
