On the eye
Deep golden yellow with bright, silvery reflections
On the nose
Expressive and layered, revealing acacia honey, roasted hazelnut, and quince, complemented by candied citrus notes and subtle toasted oak undertones
In the mouth
Taut and generous, opening with candied lemon, nectarine, and acacia honey. The mid-palate shows richness and refined oak integration, with good length and balance
The interplay between power and delicacy makes this a considered choice for refined gastronomic occasions. It merits a place in any collection of serious white Burgundies, offering both immediate pleasure and the potential to develop further with modest cellaring.

DOMAINE ERIC FOREST
MACON-VERGISSON
