Delicate and spring-like: white flowers, acacia honey, coriander, and a whisper of aniseed from musk chervil. Crushed stone minerality underpins notes of pear and lime zest, with a subtle herbal lift.

Breeding
Aged in 228-litre barrels for 10 months on fine lees with weekly lees stirring.
