In the mouth
Ample and suave on the palate, with a tightly woven but supple tannin structure enveloped by the natural roundness of Grenache. The finish persists with subtle pepper and liquorice notes, providing satisfying length.
On the nose
Aromas of dark berries, garrigue and warm spice—a faithful expression of southern Rhône terroir. The bouquet develops with air, revealing further complexity.
On the eye
Deep garnet red with sustained colour intensity
Breeding
It is aged in vat for the Grenache and in oak barrels of 3 to 4 years for the Syrah and Mourvèdre.
A wine of genuine versatility at table. Pair with beef carpaccio, stroganoff, or roasted duck with mushrooms. Equally suited to roasted lamb, particularly spring preparations. The wine's structure and spice profile complement game and herb-forward dishes with particular elegance.

Appellations: Châteauneuf-du-Pape (Domaine Grand Veneur), Lirac, Côtes du Rhône, Vacqueyras. Organically farmed since 2010.
