On the eye
Pale rose-petal pink with subtle luminosity
On the nose
An inviting bouquet of strawberry and redcurrant with whispers of blackcurrant, suggesting both ripeness and restraint
In the mouth
Lively and pure on the palate, with a vibrant character that refreshes rather than overwhelms, finishing with elegant dryness
M. Francois
A natural companion to summer entertaining: serve alongside grilled vegetables, tomato and mozzarella salads, or strawberry-based dishes. The wine's acidity and mineral backbone make it equally at home as an aperitif, where its purity will shine without distraction.

CHATEAU DE NAGES

Set on the rolled-pebble soils of Caissargues in the Gard, Château de Nages covers 70 hectares at the heart of the Costières de Nîmes appellation. A family estate for five generations, taken in hand by Michel Gassier in 1993, it has become one of Languedoc-Roussillon's most recognised names — ranked in Wine Spectator's top ten for eleven consecutive years and the first French wine estate to earn regenerative agriculture certification from A Greener World. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this estate for the rigour of its organic approach, the precision of its red, white and rosé blends, and a consistency of quality that speaks for itself at the international level. A reliable address for anyone seeking a Costières de Nîmes with genuine character.
