In the mouth
Soft and rounded on entry, with a refined balance between the wine's natural sweetness and lively acidity. The finish is clean and lingering, with good length. A moelleux that avoids cloying excess.
On the nose
White fruit—pear and citrus—with intriguing mineral notes of white truffle and a delicate vanilla undertone from oak contact. The nose is inviting without heaviness.
On the eye
Golden yellow with pale reflections
M. Francois
This is a wine for convivial occasions—an aperitif among friends, or paired with light seafood and soft cheeses. Its elegance and restraint make it a versatile companion to informal entertaining. The 2023 vintage shows excellent ripeness and definition.
