In the mouth

Breeding
Aged 26 months in oak barrels (228 litres) under a veil of yeast to ensure development of distinctive characteristics

A wine of genuine versatility. Serve with white meats in cream and mushroom sauces, pan-fried scallops, Comté soufflé, or chestnut cream with porcini. The wine's inherent dryness and mineral character complement rich, creamy dishes with particular elegance.
