Ample, sweet attack with fine harmony between residual sugar, alcohol and subtle acidity. Silky tannins provide a velvety texture and long, elegant finish.
On the nose
Captivating aromas of dried fruits, walnuts and caramel, with delicate spice notes and rancio—the signature of extended ageing in wood. Complex and inviting.
On the eye
Amber robe with orange-bronze hues, clear and luminous
Breeding
Aged in large wooden vats, barrels and demi-muids over several decades, developing the distinctive evolved aromas characteristic of aged Rivesaltes
M. Francois
This Rivesaltes represents the finest traditions of Roussillon viticulture. Its aromatic complexity and balanced sweetness make it an ideal companion to dark chocolate desserts, aged cheeses, or quiet moments of contemplation. A genuine treasure for those who appreciate the subtlety of naturally sweet wines.

DOMAINE RIVEYRAC

Established at Salses-le-Château, on the edge of the Pyrénées-Orientales, Domaine Riveyrac produces red wines under the Languedoc appellation, built around grenache and muscat. The Riveyrac name carries the heritage of a cooperative cellar founded in 1909 — among the oldest in the département — and has been part of the Cave Arnaud de Villeneuve since the 2007 merger, continuing a century-long tradition of collective winemaking rooted in this southern terroir. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this estate for its strong territorial identity, its forthright Midi character, and the sincerity of a cooperative tradition genuinely anchored in the soils of Salses. A reliable reference for anyone wishing to explore the Languedoc in its most authentic expression.
