In the mouth
Forthright attack followed by a pleasant acidic tension that enlivens the palate. The mid-palate is ample and generous, whilst the finish remains elegant, lifted by fine bitter notes that linger with restraint.

Ripe stone fruits—mirabelle plum and apricot—interwoven with candied orange zest and a whisper of ginger spice. The aromatics are both inviting and refined.
