Breeding
Approximately 12 months. Part in stainless steel vats for fruit expression and part in oak foudres to soften the tannins.
On the eye
Elegant ruby-red robe with bright, luminous reflections
On the nose
Seductive expression of red currant and redcurrant leaf, with white pepper and subtle garrigue notes. Clean, inviting aromatics without heaviness.
In the mouth
Perfectly balanced and supple. The red fruit character from the nose carries through with delicate tannin structure and restrained spice. Refreshing acidity supports the finish.
Excellent with beef and lamb dishes, particularly those with charred or grilled elements. Also suited to Mediterranean cuisine—roasted vegetables, herb-led preparations, and aged cheeses. Drink now through 2027.
