Breeding
Twelve months' élevage in oak barrels. The estate uses a moderate proportion of new oak to avoid masking the wine and to respect the identity of this characterful terroir.

The bouquet reveals red fruit aromatics—cherry and raspberry—with subtle mineral undertones characteristic of the appellation. A restrained, elegant expression typical of well-made Maranges.

Domaine Sarrazin et Fils is a family wine estate in Jambles, Givry appellation (Burgundy). Grapes: Pinot Noir (reds) and Chardonnay (whites). Appellations: Givry, Givry Premier Cru. Around 20 hectares on clay-limestone soils. Traditional vinification with oak-barrel ageing. Fine, fruity wines representative of the Côte Chalonnaise.
