Breeding
Aged for 12 months in oak barrels, approximately 20% to 30% new oak.

Deep ruby robe with garnet highlights, suggesting maturity and concentration.

Complex and expressive bouquet: ripe red fruits, violet, with subtle undertones of liquorice and forest floor. The aromatics develop with air.
In the mouth

Domaine Sarrazin et Fils is a family wine estate in Jambles, Givry appellation (Burgundy). Grapes: Pinot Noir (reds) and Chardonnay (whites). Appellations: Givry, Givry Premier Cru. Around 20 hectares on clay-limestone soils. Traditional vinification with oak-barrel ageing. Fine, fruity wines representative of the Côte Chalonnaise.
