In the mouth
Delicate white-fleshed fruit flavours—pear and peach—supported by fine acidity. The mineral finish is long and persistent, reflecting the wine's terroir character.
A classical white Burgundy suited to the region's traditional cuisine. Excellent with coq au vin, beef bourguignon, or fondue bourguignonne. Also complements fine fish dishes and creamy sauces. Serve at 10–12°C to appreciate its full complexity.

Domaine Sarrazin et Fils is a family wine estate in Jambles, Givry appellation (Burgundy). Grapes: Pinot Noir (reds) and Chardonnay (whites). Appellations: Givry, Givry Premier Cru. Around 20 hectares on clay-limestone soils. Traditional vinification with oak-barrel ageing. Fine, fruity wines representative of the Côte Chalonnaise.
