Breeding
Brief ageing in temperature-controlled stainless steel on fine lees. No barrel maturation to preserve the wine's vibrancy and fruit purity.
On the eye
Pale yellow with silvery reflections. Clear and bright in appearance.
On the nose
Pronounced Sauvignon character: box tree, lemon, grapefruit and white flowers dominate the bouquet. The aromatic profile is clean and expressive without excessive oak influence.
In the mouth
The palate extends with zesty citrus notes and a linear structure. The acidity is well-integrated, providing freshness and length. The finish is dry and mineral, with good persistence.
