12 months in oak barrels
This wine will serve admirably alongside poultry and lighter game, though it possesses sufficient structure to accompany lamb and venison with equal distinction. Decant thirty minutes before service to allow the wine to open fully. A wine for the table rather than the cellar, though it will develop gracefully over the next five to seven years.
