In the mouth
The palate is rounded and harmonious, displaying good structure and substance without heaviness. Fine tannins provide framework, whilst the finish remains clean and lingering, with pleasant red fruit persistence.
On the nose
Delicate red fruit character dominates the bouquet, with subtle notes of cassis and plum, complemented by gentle mineral undertones characteristic of the gravelly Pessac-Léognan terroir.

This is a wine of genuine versatility at table. It pairs particularly well with a cheese course, where its moderate weight and refined fruit character complement aged Comté, Époisses, and similar regional cheeses.
