Breeding
Approximately 8 to 10 months predominantly in stainless steel (or concrete) vessels to preserve purity, with occasionally a small portion aged in older barrels (various wines) to soften the structure without imparting oakiness.

Deep violet-purple, brilliant and perfectly clear

Highly expressive bouquet: violet florals, white pepper and subtle spice. Aromatic intensity without heaviness.
In the mouth
Silky, almost melting tannins frame a wine of impressive precision. Structural freshness prevents any sense of fatigue, delivering remarkable digestibility and elegance.

Domaine Laurent Combier is a family wine estate in Pont-de-l'Isère (Drôme), Crozes-Hermitage appellation (Northern Rhône Valley). Around 25 hectares farmed organically. Grapes: Syrah (reds), Marsanne and Roussanne (whites). Cuvées: Clos des Grives, Domaine. Fresh, precise terroir wines among the benchmarks of Crozes-Hermitage.
