Product features : Domaine Jean-Paul Brun Moulin a Vent 2022

In the mouth
A wine of admirable balance and refinement. The palate shows ripe black fruit, fine-grained tannins, and a mineral backbone that carries through to a clean, persistent finish. Elegant rather than powerful.
On the nose
Blackcurrant and plum with subtle white pepper and liquorice notes. The bouquet develops with aeration, revealing hints of violet and dried herbs characteristic of the terroir.
On the eye
Deep ruby with garnet undertones
M. Francois
A natural companion to spiced dishes and game preparations. The wine's structure and acidity make it particularly suited to Moroccan tagines, Indian curries, and Sichuan-influenced cuisine. Also rewarding alongside aged cheeses and charcuterie. Drink now through 2028.
