Breeding
Traditional Beaujolais semi-carbonic vinification with two daily punch-downs, 10-day maceration in concrete vats, no chaptalization, minimal SO2. The wine is aged 6 months in old oak foudres.
On the eye
Brilliant ruby with carmine hues and violet reflections.
On the nose
Refined floral aromatics: faded rose, peony and violet, with a delicate, inviting bouquet that unfolds gradually in the glass.
In the mouth
Silky tannins frame a wine of considerable elegance. Red fruit aromas meld with subtle toasted and forest floor notes, whilst a peppery finish provides definition and length. The overall impression is one of softness and refinement.

Around 25 hectares farmed sustainably. Traditional whole-bunch vinification with semi-carbonic maceration. Fruity, terroir-driven wines.
