In the mouth
In youth, the palate shows red fruit, chocolate and peony notes with supple tannins. As the wine matures, deeper layers emerge: morello cherry, white pepper and subtle tobacco leaf develop, revealing greater complexity.
On the nose
Layered aromatics of red and dark berries, with emerging notes of cocoa and floral complexity. The bouquet develops further with air.

Brilliant ruby with excellent clarity

Ageing of 36 months including 24 months in barrel for 50% of the wine
