Breeding
Vinified without added yeasts or sulphites. Ageing for 6 to 8 months in concrete or stainless steel vats only.
On the eye
Deep, luminous garnet with violet reflections and brilliant clarity.
On the nose
Intensely fresh red and dark berries, with delicate floral notes that suggest violets and rose petals. The aromatics are lifted and inviting.
In the mouth
Crisp and supple on the palate, with a snappy acidity that carries the fruit through to a clean, refreshing finish. Remarkably digestible.
