A distinguished dry Bergerac from three generations of family stewardship

  • Chateau Tour des Gendres, established as a wine domain in 1985, now cultivates 52 hectares within the AOC Bergerac appellation. The De Conti family's three-generation commitment to the property has shaped its contemporary character and reputation.
  • Moulin des Dames represents the estate's interpretation of Bergerac Blanc: a dry white of substance and aromatic presence, crafted according to organic principles. It demonstrates the region's capacity for wines of genuine complexity.
  • This vintage offers considerable pleasure without pretension—a wine of genuine character suited to the British table, whether paired with seafood, poultry, or cheese courses.

Product features : Chateau Tour des Gendres Moulin des Dames 2022 — Organic

In the mouth
Ample on the palate with subtle sweetness and dense, aromatic structure. The wine carries good persistence through the finish, displaying the mineral character typical of the terroir.
On the nose
Aromas of dried apricot and preserved fruits, with toasted notes and a whisper of citrus zest. The bouquet unfolds with restrained elegance.
On the eye
Pale gold in colour
Breeding
Eleven months in large wooden vats on lees with regular stirring
M. Francois
A versatile accompaniment to creamed fish preparations, roasted poultry, and truffle-based dishes. Works particularly well with goat's cheese and blue-veined varieties. Also suited to lighter oriental cuisine where the wine's aromatics complement rather than compete.
