On the nose
Intense bouquet of dark berries and prunes, layered with subtle spice and earthy undertones that develop as the wine opens
On the eye
Brilliant deep ruby
Breeding
Ageing in new oak barrels for 12 months
M. Francois
Excellent alongside the rich cuisine of south-west France: confit duck, magret de canard, beef côtes, and aged regional cheeses. The wine's structure and depth complement these substantial dishes with ease, making it a natural choice for the table.
