From vines aged 25 to 50 years on Fourchaume's right bank, this wine expresses the pure character of the appellation's clay-limestone terroir, shaped by the Serein's influence.
Certified organic since 2014, Domaine Pommier practises respectful viticulture with careful soil management and hand-thinning, reflecting a commitment to environmental stewardship.
Aged 18 months with partial oak élevage, it achieves remarkable aromatic complexity—balancing crisp acidity with mineral depth and a lingering finish.
