Situated at Châtillon-d'Azergues in the heart of the Beaujolais Pierres Dorées, Domaine Anthony Pérol farms 10 hectares under certified organic principles since 2005. The Pérol family has been rooted on this land since 1912, and Anthony, the fifth generation, joined in 2013 to carry that tradition forward with precision and integrity. The estate works an unusually varied range — Gamay, Syrah, Viognier and Chardonnay — producing reds and whites of genuine aromatic clarity. At Halles Quercamps, we selected this estate for the rigour of its organic viticulture, the originality of its encépagement, and the quiet consistency of a family enterprise built across five generations. A sincere address in Beaujolais, well off the beaten track.
